Resumo:Wise writes to Sadler and advises him against buying a copy of "Queen Mab" (Percy Bysshe Shelley) which will be at auction next week at Sotheby's. He ennumerates a list of reasons why the copy must be a forgery. An infamous bibliophile, book collector, and forger, Wise collected authentic first editions and letters, as well as producing forgeries, or creating counterfeit works by writers like Browning, Shelley, and Swinburne. He stole about three hundred leaves from pre-Restoration dramas from the British Museum.
